To get rid of this obstacle, check out this tips and plan revise all these before your wedding day.Login and check if anything out of your is pending. Recall all your vendors and have a look at their service. Ask them if they need anything from your side. Take a meeting with your caterer asking all ingredients have been arranged or not. Instruct waiters with certain etiquettes or be more attentive to certain number of VIP guests. Look at your floristperformance (if you designated). Alternatively, if you are doing it yourself, don’t forget to hydrate flowers properly.Review the items other vendors are using for your occasion.
Review materials: Have a look at curtains, table numbers, menus, gift cards etc to check out for any errors or improvements.
Finance:Figure out final payment to be done, and arrange for them.
Check on Wedding gown and accessories
Tip Envelope/gift: To chefs’, waiters, service man, bridesmaid review that you have made all envelopes with name or if you are giving gift, make sure all are packed. Don’t forget to decorate it in a elegant way with a frill and a flower. Have few blank envelopes with you also.
Keep extra cash: Just in any case, keep an amount with you to get rid of small problems that can be cured with cash.
Have your luggage with you: Plan it, where you’ll be staying. Pack your bags accordingly and authorize someone to drop the luggage there a day before.
Keep it in packets: Make different packets for each dress with accessories, footwear etc. So you need not to open your whole bag every time, this can be done by picking out a packet only.
Make payments with bills: Take signature of the person you are paying. This will keep a proof of all billings done.
Wedding Destination: Have all the items on wedding spot a day before. Authorize someone to do it.
Lined cards: Arrange all seating alphabetically (or any preferable order you wish) and keep at least 2-3 copies of seating arrangement. Better to give a charge to one person with a copy of seating arrangement to him/her also.
Authorize for your Legal Documents:Authorize someone to take care of all your legal documents. We suggest you to put in a wallet and hand it over to responsible person.
Review your Honeymoon arrangements: Look for tickets, packaging etc. so that it won’t create hurdle at last moment.
Review your Makeup kit : check your makeup kit is having all things in it.
Have an emergency kit:Take with you a emergency kit of things you might need.
At last, relax, relax, and relax. Have enough of water in between all your activities. Before a day, attend wedding rehearsal and spend time having beauty care activities.After all , its going to be your Special day.
